Are you still a little unclear about the Motorola Trade-Up Program?  Let us help. First, let’s see if we can help you by going over the basics of the program.

Your first step is to determine the value of the phone you plan to trade in. Using the interactive form on this website will help you find your phone’s value in just a few minutes. (Remember, if you are uncertain of the answer to any of the questions, just click the icon for help.)  Next, visit the MOTO STORE and purchase any new Motorola phone online. We’ll send you a confirmation e-mail.

When you receive your new Motorola phone, make sure you transfer all your information from your old phone to your new one. Then package up your old phone, affix the printable label we’ve provided, and mail it to us. When we receive your phone, we’ll verify its condition, then  send you a check in the mail. (If your phone’s condition differs from information provided, its value may increase or decrease.)
